This application is an independent, third-party scripture study tool created to help individuals in their personal study of the scriptures. All scripture text is sourced from publicly available editions. References to Church programs such as Come Follow Me are used for informational purposes only.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, its logos, and its trademarks are the property of Intellectual Reserve, Inc. Any commentary, analysis, or study aids provided by this application represent the views of the developers and do not represent the official position of the Church.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Latter-Day Daily ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Latter-Day Daily provides digital scripture study tools including a scripture reader, study journal, bookmarks, highlights, original language analysis, AI-powered study aids, and various reference materials. The Service is available as a web application.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of Latter-Day Daily may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (monthly or annual).

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features available and agree that no refund will be provided after payment is processed.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

Any content you create within the Service (journal entries, bookmarks, highlights, notes) remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your personal study content. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Powered Features

Latter-Day Daily includes AI-powered study aids that generate commentary, analysis, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered authoritative doctrinal interpretation. We encourage users to consult official Church resources and personal revelation for doctrinal guidance.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall Latter-Day Daily, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
