The disposition of tithing funds
The Lord declares that the tithing funds shall be disposed of by a council composed of the First Presidency, the Twelve Apostles, and the Presiding Bishopric. This brief revelation establishes the governing body for the disbursement of the Lord's tithing. This pattern continues in the Church today.
